I entered a chili contest. Woohoo! I am sharing the Ranting Chef’s page with you all. The chili I entered, is a meatless chili, seems strange right ? Shouldn’t chili be full of meat ? Well mine isn’t!!! LOL Mine is a delicious Tofu chili, don’t knock it until you try it. It really, really is deliciously good. I am not the biggest fan of meat, but I do like a steak once in a blue moon. I love love chili, and I wanted to make a recipe that uses Tofu… tada so here it is. I would so love if you could VOTE for my “Audi Rose, Terrific Tofu Chili” at http://www.rantingchef.com please vote contest poll closes October 22, 2014… 😀 TANX!
Made up a batch of Tye Dye T-shirts for my Etsy shop “Peonie’s Closet”. They are just about ready to go in the shop! I always love a little tye dye now and then…makes things fun!
My favorite designer, finally had a chance to check out the 2014 Spring & Summer line (I am late, Oooops!). Never a disappointment! Absolutely a beautiful and stunning collection. Great modern edge to the pieces and of course my favorite, the florals. No one can go wrong with a black and white classic ensemble. Bravo!

Ugh! I have had NO NO NO time to blog, POO! I miss my weekly posts. I finally have a minute to post my newest item in my Etsy shop. Plans on how to build your own floating ping pong table for your pool. I have to say, this is one of the most USED pool items we have. My poochie Phoebe even loves to get on it and float around hahahaha, not to mention she goes crazy when the ping pong ball is going back and forth! (I posted photos quite some time ago). I have had so many compliments about my pool toy that I decided to go ahead and make the plans so you can make your very own ping pong table for your pool. The kids (and grown ups) will love it!

My best buddy and I headed up to my cottage yesterday for simply, a day off. Got on our bikes and headed out for an early ride. OMG! It was just beautiful. Okay, yeah there is still lots of snow, but we just couldn’t wait. We couldn’t ask for a better day. Here in Québec it has been a long long, did I say long? Long winter. It was wet and it was muddy, but I was just loving it. We checked out some trails that we will be venturing on in the spring (if we get a spring?) summer and fall. The Aerobic Corridor trails look like it will be very challenging, can’t wait! And the great thing is….it’s Free! (For biking and hiking that is, fees for xcountry skiing and snowshoeing). The Lac-Des-Seizes-Iles lake is still pretty frozen, but I am just itching for a day to stick the boat in the water and simply having nothing to do but enjoy a lazy day on the lake!
Just wanted to share my Village Sweets page…been baking again 🙂
